In addition to having the app, you must also subscribe to the 1st National Bank’s MoBanking Service. To sign up, please download the application form, complete, and drop in to your nearest branch, and we will send your username and password to your specified email address within 3 working days.

Mobile banking, is a term used for performing balance checks, account transactions, payments etc. via a smart phone or personal computer. Mobile banking is performed via the Mobile Internet or Internet.
1st National Bank’s very own mobile banking interface. The service is accessible both from an internet browser window via hyperlink (web address entered into Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox, from a personal computer). Additionally, a MoBanking app for smartphones (Android and iOS) is available to mobile users.
The app is available for download via the iOS app store or the Google Play Store. Simply search for 1st National Bank St. Lucia, select the App from your search results and install.
The app is one prerequisite to using the MoBanking service. Additionally, customers are required to sign up for the service to obtain their login credentials from the Bank.
Customers will be able to view account balances, facilitate transfers between accounts and pay bills using the MoBanking app. Customers are also able to set up alerts so that they are automatically notified if transactions are performed on their account or if their balance goes above or below a specified threshold amount.
Customers can also log into mobile banking using any internet enabled device (computer, laptop or mobile phone) and perform the same banking transactions.
