Would I be able to transfer between accounts via Digital Banking inclusive of credit transfers to my collateral funds account? Yes. As long as you have access to the accounts via Online Banking. Will my collateral account remain as a savings account? Apart from a new account number, there will be no changes to your account. Will I need to assign all my insurances to 1st National Bank at this present time? Yes. All insurance renewals must be assigned to 1st National Bank. Will there be any changes to fees and charges? How would I know what changes are made? There will be no changes to your current fees and charges. Any changes will be communicated in advance. Will I need to set up new standing orders? There is no need to set up new standing orders. How long after conversion will my new debit card be available? We are aiming to have cards available before conversion. How long after conversion will I gain access to online banking? You will have immediate access to 1st National Bank online banking after conversion. Will I have access to my account history for the previous years . I may need an account analysis or verify a transaction processed in 2018 or 2019. Yes. There will be access to account history. Can I still request Audit Confirmations for previous years on my old RBTT accounts? Yes you can. Will there be ease of doing business now with the new accounts? Will the processing time for Wires and Drafts be minimized? Yes. The process time for Wire Transfers and Drafts will be minimized. Will the New online banking platform have similar functionality as did the RBTT platform? Via the 1st National Bank online banking platform you will be able to: view your current available balance, transfer funds between accounts, bill payments, buddy pay, receive updates, view transaction history, mobile top-up and report lost or stolen card. When can you provide us with the new account numbers and routing information as not have business continuity for our incoming wire payments and ACH payments? Would I have to now deal with this client in branch volume when conducting business? We encourage customers to conduct transactions at your home branch. Will the loan and account opening process be simplified? Loan and account opening will be processed in branch. How easy will it be to pay my loans , bills etc online? This can easily be done via our online banking platform. Debit Cards Can I use my card at any branch? Yes. Once you have collected your 1st National Bank Visa Debit Card you can access funds from any of our ATMs islandwide. Do I have to pin my card? Yes. Cards can be pinned at any of our ATMs. Please follow the instructions on your card carrier. How and where can I pin/activate my card? Cards can be pinned/activated online and at the ATM. Instructions are on the Card Carrier which your card was attached to. Can my card be used to make online purchases internationally? Yes. Our cards are Visa branded which means that they can be used internationally. ATM cards have been upgraded to an International Visa Debit Card. Can my card be used ONLY for ATM use? No. It is a Visa Branded card and as such we are unable to limit the card for ATM use only. Are there any changes to my debit card ? Your RBC card will be replaced with a 1st National Bank Visa Debit card that can be used at POS locally/ Internationally and Online. Will there be any changes to the daily limit on my debit card? The daily limits on your Debit Card is as follows: ATM limit – EC$2,500.00. POS/Online limit EC$6,750.00 Can a debit card be issued to business/corporate accounts? No. Not at the moment. Your card will be available for pick up at your home Branch on Micoud Street and BayWalk Mall, on Mondays – Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. How can I report issues with pinning my card?
