This new card is a VISA International Debit Card and can be used locally and at ATMs worldwide. With your new 1NB Visa Debit Card, you can purchase goods and services from merchants locally and internationally in stores; and online. ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT): Saint Lucia Clients: The routing numbers for this process will change from 09475003, 09465003, 01800003, 01811003, 01812003, 01813003 and 09973003 to 10000033.
